I chose abstract art for its visceral emotional appeal. The viewer must connect with the piece with more than just their eyes. Giving them a richer, more in-depth experience.

 

My paintings are on a studio-grade stretched primed canvas, to which I add a generous amount of texture material. The paintings are not varnished but can withstand a fair amount of abuse.
